Nalm-6 /GFP stable cells
Nalm-6 is a lmyphocyte-like cell line, isolated from the peripheral blood of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development in vitro and in vivo. Nalm-6 /GFP stable cells express transgenically GFP under the control of a constitutive promoter. The proliferation and trafficking of these cells could be monitored with fluorescence.
