MOLT-4/CreGFP stable cells
MOLT-4 cell line, myeloblast derived from human myeloblast leukemia, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development in vitro and in vivo. MOLT-4/CreGFP stable cells express transgenically CreGFP fusion protein under the control of the CMV promoter. The reporter gives convenience to monitor cre recombinase and target cell simultaneously. The proliferation and trafficking of these cells could be monitored with fluorescence.
