Raji/GFP-firefly luciferase-HSV1-tk (CMV) stable cells
Raji cell line is lymphoblast like cells, derived from human Brukitt's lymphoma, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development in vitro and in vivo. Raji/GFP-firefly luciferase (CMV) stable cells express transgenically GFP-firefly luciferase under the control of the CMV promoter. The proliferation and trafficking of these cells could be monitored with fluorescence, bioluminescience imaging. The proliferation and trafficing of the cells could be monitored in fluorescence/bioluminescence imaging in small animal xenograft model.
