Human Gene GFP Lentivirus
With our pioneering lentivirus production platform, Cellomics Technology, LLC launched our new line of products, ElliteTrust collection of most individual human gene lentivirus for the transfer vector format CMV-ORF-GFP-PGK-BlastR. The lentivirus deliver the human gene driven by CMV promoter, GFP reporter and blasticidin resistant gene as selection marker. To deliver individual human genes, the lentivirus vector is constructed to include the gene of interest under the control of a promoter that ensures appropriate expression in the target cells. The lentivirus particles are produced with the latest recombinant lentivirus design, rendering them replication-deficient and safe for laboratory use.
The core advantage of using lentiviral vectors lies in their ability to transduce both dividing and non-dividing cells, a feature not shared by all viral vector systems. This broadens their applicability across various cell types, including stem cells, neurons, and immune cells. All ElliteTrust lentivirus was produced with our pioneering production platform and past our strict and complete quality control system. The performance of these lentivirus particles is guaranteed on gene delivery to your target cells with high efficiency, enabling the study of gene function, regulation, and the development of gene therapies for various diseases. The application of individual human gene lentivirus particles spans basic research, where they are used to dissect gene functions, analyze gene regulatory networks, and model human diseases in cell cultures and animal models.
